Press release 2018-07-01, KMC Ytbehandling becomes new supplier of Italpresse Gauss and StrikoWestofen in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark
KMC Ytbehandling sell and market machines, materials, products, processes and spare parts for mechanical surface treatment, surface cleanliness and high temperature insulation products on the Swedish and Norwegian market. From July 1, KMC Ytbehandling takes over the sales of the Norican Group products Italpresse Gauss and StrikoWestofen in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark and thereby expands its product portfolio.
Norican Group, who produce machines for wheelblasting, airblasting (Wheelabrator) and die-casting (Italpresse Gauss and StrikoWestofen) has been represented by KMC Ytbehandling in Sweden and Norway for wheelblasting and airblasting equipment for many years. KMC Ytbehandling’s special areas are blasting, mass finishing, industrial cleaning and balancing.
– Many of our customers in the die-casting business already use our machines, products and services, therefore it is natural that we strengthen our offering to our customers in our markets and expand our market together with Norican Group, says Mikael Keränen, CEO at KMC Ytbehandling.

Among KMC Ytbehandling’s customers are Ljunghäll, Ages, SKF, Volvo, Scania, Hydro. The company was founded in 1983 and has a turnover of about 130 MSEK and 22 employees. The main office is in Järfälla, Stockholm. KMC Ytbehandling belongs to the Addtech group who is listed on the Swedish stock exchange market.
